The meal package is Full English Breakfast and 3 courses Evening Meal. Lunch is not included in the package.

The weeks language course is for 21 hours Monday – Friday09-30-13.00 (coffee break 11.00-11.30) and Tuesday and Thursday 13.45-17.00

The cost of the language course covers Fees- Management Costs and all Materials required for the course.

We anticipate that Participants will arrive on Saturday September 16^th. They will be met at Birmingham Airport – Any of the 3 Railway Stations in the City Centre of Birmingham (Birmingham New Street. Birmingham Moor Street, Birmingham Snow Hill., or at the National Express Coach Station in Digbeth. We will take them to the Hotel where they will be served their Evening Meal.

On Sunday September 17^th we have arranged for a Coach to pick up the group after breakfast and they will have a day in Stratford upon Avon. They will be taken by coach from the Hotel to see the various sites associated with William Shakespeare. The Group will have time to go into the various houses and buildings but the cost of entrance fees is not included in the days tour.

Lunch is not included in the itinerary but time will be available for general sightseeing and they will be accompanied by members’ of the BT Birmingham Twinning Society to help make it an enjoyable day.

For the meal on the Friday Evening September 22^nd the group will be joined by the President and the Chairman of the BT International Twinning Federation who will issue the participants of the Language Course with Certificates.

Saturday is Departure day. For those that wish to join the Holiday to York they will be picked up by Coach at the Hotel. Details and prices of this holiday are being promoted separately as it is with BT Birmingham Twinning Society and not the Federation.
