Cancellation

a) Free of charge until 31 October 2025.

b) After 31 October 2025, a processing fee of €150 will be charged.

c) Until 15 April 2026, cancellation fees of €200 will be charged.

d) After 15 April 2026, cancellation fees of €460 or €560

will be payable.

Everyone is responsible for their own health insurance and liability insurance. Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.

After class (Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.), we will explore the city of Munich together.

The payment includes the on-site placement test, the language course, accommodation, full board excluding drinks, and individual afternoon excursions.
