Program

Learn Italian, even if you are a complete beginner, off the beaten track in Turin, and spend your afternoons exploring this little-known capital of Piedmont!

Cities of art, but also of industry, hills, lakes, the Alps, centuries-old traditions: the Turin area offers a multitude of extraordinary experiences... And it could hardly be otherwise, since it was the first capital of Italy!

Crossed by the River Po and surrounded by the western Alps, Turin was described by Le Corbusier as "the city with the most beautiful natural setting".

Suggestion for the free half-day: the Egyptian Museum in Turin (in Italian: Museo egizio), or "Museum of Egyptian Antiquities in Turin", has one of the largest Egyptology collections in the world. It exhibits 14,800 works, including 11,500 in the ‘material culture galleries’, out of a total of nearly 40,000 works.
