The holiday centre is located on the heights of the seaside resort of Narbonne-Plage, a 10-minute walk from the beach.
There are several ways to get to Narbonne Plage: by train to Narbonne or by plane to Montpellier Airport.
Please let us know if you would like us to arrange your transfer from the station or airport.
The Narbonne association offers a week of festive cooking organised into two groups of eight people each. Each group will participate in three workshops during their stay. The rest of the time will be devoted to visits, often related to cooking.
Monday 2 February: Participants arrive from 4 pm onwards.
Welcome and introductory evening with a meal featuring local specialities from the south of France.

In January, you will receive a table with menu suggestions. After indicating your choices, you will return the document to the organisers by 25 January at the latest.
If you have any suggestions, please feel free to share them, for example if you prefer to work with fish or meat, pastries or appetisers.
We will offer a sweet and savoury ‘dinner workshop’ evening during which we will taste local wines.
Visits: we will visit the Olibo olive estate: by the end of this visit, you will know everything there is to know about olives (especially the ‘lucque’ variety) and olive oil.
We will visit the marine cemetery and its cenotaphs, the Narbonne market halls and a few other sites of interest.
The excursions will be by carpool or minibus.
This activity will be a first for both the Narbonne association and the Avea centre. We therefore ask for your patience and understanding, and we are confident that together we will make this week a success.
A more detailed programme will be sent to you at a later date.
Saturday 7 February:
In the morning, participants will depart according to their means of transport.
