The center is located on the heights of the seaside resort, 10 minutes walk from the beach. It has a swimming pool with stunning sea views.

The price includes :

- 20 hours of lessons on site
- full board throughout the stay
- bus excursions and entrance fees to monuments:
- support for 3 teachers and a support person. (if 3 levels necessary)

The price does not include:
- Transport from and to the participants' countries of origin,
- Personal expenses.

 

People wishing to participate in the week but not wishing to attend the language course are accepted.

A discount of €50 will be granted.

The nearest airport is Montpellier Méditerranée and the SNCF train station is in Narbonne (15 km)

Saturday 31 August: Participants arrive from 4pm.
Welcome and presentation evening with a meal of local specialities from the south of France.

Sunday 1st September:
Halles de Narbonne, voted the most beautiful market in France in 2023.
Visit of the historic centre with local jewellers.
Afternoon: free (beach, swimming pool, water-walking). Or Narbovia musée de Narbonne (free on the 1st Sunday of each month) with local bus.
Meal: friendly evening

Monday 2nd September :
8.30am: Lessons
12.45pm: Lunch
2.15pm: Departure for Le Somail: a charming, timeless hamlet, with a stop at the largest bookshop in France and a barge grocery shop, followed by a trip aboard the wooden Gabarre La Capitane on the Canal du Midi and its junction, a canal bridge, a watering hole, a passage through the Cesse lock to arrive at the Château de Ventenac with a tasting of local wines.
Return to the centre.
Friendly evening.

Tuesday 3rd September :
8.30 am Lessons
12.45pm: Lunch
2.15pm: Departure for a visit to the town of Gruissan with the Château de Barberousse, followed by a visit to the Salins de Gruissan.
17h30 /18h: Return with a stop at the chalets on stilts, an extraordinary curiosity.
Return to the centre.
Friendly evening.

Wednesday 4 September :
8.30am: Lessons
12.45pm: Lunch
3pm: (If possible, as the La Clape massif is often closed during the drought) Departure by bus for the marine cemetery (bring good shoes for walking on the stones). Otherwise afternoon free to go to Narbonne (by city bus) to see an exhibition on the ancient ports of Narbonne at the Narbovia museum, or to enjoy the beach or swimming pool.
Return to the centre.

Thursday 5th September :
8.30am: Lessons
12.45pm: Lunch
2pm: Departure for Fontfroide Abbey
Free time to explore Narbonne. Possibility of visiting the telephone museum.
Return to the centre.

Friday 6th September :
9.00 am: Lessons
13:00: Lunch
Afternoon departure of participants according to their programme and means of transport.

PS: Gym sessions will be offered every morning at 8am for 30 minutes.
