Christmas greetings 2025

Dear members and friends of Eurojumelages,

Christmas is nearly here! The central message of Christmas is closely linked to peace, solidarity and mutual understanding, values that form the foundation of international understanding. For us in Jumelages, international understanding is not an abstract ideal, but a mission to which we are constantly and passionately dedicated.
Thus, 2025 was once again a year full of lively encounters, intensive dialogue and new partnerships.

A very moving moment for me personally was the presentation of the Eurojumelages anthem at the end of the General Assembly in Portugal, singing by delegates from eleven European countries in three different languages.

Looking back to the past year, I would like to express my appreciation to each and every one of you for your commitment and for organising language courses, cultural and sporting events, partnership meetings and other gatherings. I would also like to thank you very much for your active participation in the various events.
All these activities bring people together across borders and strengthen European unity. Eurojumelages thrives on your commitment!

Let us continue on our shared path in the new year with responsibility, new ideas and lots of energy for a strong Eurojumelages.
